  1. New Business

  1. TeamSnap vs. SportsPilot: When we gave the app to travel coaches, the hope was to have registration through TeamSnap, but cost is double what we are paying currently; we need to decide whether or not we want to continue coverage; we probably will continue with SportsPilot for registration; perhaps lower tier; 40 teams on app now; rep will tell us who accepted ownership; many already paying for it (budgeted through June); many other sports use it, but not for registration.
  2. We will keep TeamSnap BOD announcements to a minimum;
  3. Middlesex Youth Soccer Update: Dracut and Wakefield are going to Essex; already done; Billerica and Stoneham put notice in to leave; proposal to merge with Essex; Presidents meeting after 27th.; discussing future state of Middlesex as a league;
  4. No updates from Town about lights;
  5. Introduced Frank.

  1. Executive Session

  1. REDACTED

  1. Motion to adjurn by Billy, seconded by Dave Z.; motion passes 15-0-0; leave the meeting at 7:15 pm

Respectfully submitted,
